These starter terms are for app scaffolding and should be reviewed by your solicitor before production launch.

Use of service

QRVault - By CETS provides subscription-based QR-linked storage spaces. Users are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of material uploaded to their spaces.

Restricted uploads

Executable and script-style files are not permitted. CETS may remove content that is unsafe, unlawful, malicious, or inconsistent with the operation of the platform.

Subscriptions and limits

Plan entitlements are governed by active subscription status. QR code counts and storage allowances may be limited by plan, account overrides, or specific admin controls.

Availability and support

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep the platform available, but uptime is not guaranteed in this starter implementation. Planned maintenance, provider outages, or security events may require temporary interruption.

Privacy and billing

Payment details are handled by Stripe. The application should be configured with your final privacy policy, retention policy, and customer support process before going live.
